Study On Design Of Dining Space Based On Reginal Cultural Characteristics

With continuous development of economy and technology,people's production and living standards have also been continuously improved.The rapid development of the catering industry has led to a gradual increase in people's pursuit of the interior environment and quality of dining space.From the historical macro perspective,culinary culture is an important part of regional culture.This paper takes the regional culture of Dongting Lake Basin as the research object in combination with actual cases to study the design of dining space.From the three aspects of the connotation,characteristics and spirit of Dongting regional culture,artistic design performance,reflection of regional cultural value,and application principle of regional cultural value have been studied theoretically and practically.From the aspects of natural geography,humanistic attributes,and in-filed investigation of the local environment,the concept of regional culture and Dongting culture is deeply analyzed.It is pointed out that regional culture has four characteristics:inheritance,stability,uniqueness,and dynamicity.The unique cultural geography and natural features of the Dongting basin form the characteristics of the Dongting region culture.Lotus,bamboo,fir,fish and rice and other natural scenic elements are indispensable features of Dongting's regional culture.This paper analyzes the historic development of dining space,conducts researches on various levels of consumption,obvious regional characteristics,and regional cultural elements,and points out that dining space with regional cultural characteristics has become a new consumption tide among many types of dining space,which can meet people's curiosity about exotic culture characteristics and local customs.Meanwhile,this paper takes Dongting culture as an example and conducts innovative design of specific cases,applying regional culture to dining space.Based on the above research,the author concludes the role and significance of nationality and regional culture in environmental design and put forwards the application principles of regional cultural features in the design of dining space.This paper realizes innovation on the basis of inheriting and promoting Dongting's regional culture,inspiring scholars in the industry to pay attention to the space design with regional cultural characteristics,and it is of great significance to the formation of indoor space with national culture and regional characteristics.
