With the development of modern industries, the requirement for the performance of electric machineries is becoming higher and higher. However, the vibrations of electric machineries are always the important factors of their performance. It is necessary to reduce the vibrations of electrical machineries in order to improve their performance while the premise is to monitor the vibration. Thus, people’s concern about electrical machinery vibration monitoring is becoming higher and higher. The cloud computing technology has a flexible application form that reduce the processing burden of terminals and reduce the clients’ dependence on professional IT techniques. Therefore, it is widely used in mobile communication, information processing, cloud storage and other fields. If we can introduce the cloud computing technology into the monitoring of electrical machinery’s vibrations, it will create important significant.This paper mainly researches an implementation scheme to introduce cloud computing technology into portable electrical machinery vibration monitor that introduces the simple application model client / server of cloud computing technology into the vibration processing part of portable electrical machinery vibration monitor. Thus, we can realize the monitoring, processing and separation of the vibration amount so that we can reduce its processing burden.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)Design a new implementation scheme to introduce cloud computing technology into portable electrical machinery vibration monitors.2)Analyze the composition of the hardware part, in addition, analyze its piezoelectric acceleration transducer and charge amplifier in detail, so as the whole hardware part.3)Cut and transplant the Windows Embedded Compact 6.0 embedded operating system to concrete the client operation platform based on ARM hardware development platform, meanwhile, export the application development package.4)Use MFC to program data display, data storage, net communication and controlling program of the client, as well as the data storage, data processing and controlling program of the server under Visual Studio 2005 development environment.5)Test and verify the feasibility of this implementation scheme and quantitatively analyze the performance of this design through real electrical machinery vibration monitoring tests.
