With the development of science and technology, magnetic materials are applied more and more widely. Magnetic materials are playing an important role in every aspect of electrical motor and apparatus, therefore researches on magnetic materials are increasingly thorough. So far, there have been a lot of researches on one-dimensional and two-dimensional magnetic properties measurements, including many mature theoretic and experimental methods. However, three-dimensional magnetic properties measurements are still in need in a large number of applications. Therefore, more researches on three-dimensional magnetic properties measurements which take tensor model of magnetic material into consideration are very essential. The thesis is based on “Research on three-dimensional magnetic properties inspection technology of electromagnetic materials and hysteresis model of tensor” supported by NSFC which mainly focuses on design and simulation of three-axes orthogonal magnetic circuit.The main research completed here is design and simulation of three-axes orthogonal magnetic circuit based on three-dimensional magnetic properties measurements model taking advantage of one and two dimensional surveys’ experience. With the help of Ansys Maxwell which is used to perform numerical calculation of electromagnetic field, calculation of three-dimensional orthogonal magnetic field produced by three orthogonal C-type magnetic cores is completed. Through simulation calculations under different situations where pole terminal angle of exciting loop yoke, existence of even field shielding layers and gap length between poles are changed, optimized magnetic circuit design is obtained. Besides, on account that exciting winding design is an important part in design of magnetic field exciting loop,influence factors of the exciting winding are analyzed and multi-layer exciting winding design scheme is selected to strengthen exciting effect as efficiently as possible.Through ansysis and simulation in the thesis,optimized design scheme of three-axes magnetic field exciting loop is obtained to perform three dimensional magnetic properties measurements of the magnetic materials.
