With the development of industry,permanent magnet and synchronous motors of DC brushless motors have been used in a large number of applications.Radial multi-pole magnetic rotors have been used as their core components,and the demand for them has grown.The magnetic flux as an important criterion for judging whether the magnetic rotor is qualified or not,the detection methods are mostly manual,low production efficiency,and high labor costs.Therefore,it is imperative to develop a highly efficient and scientific rotor magnetic flux measurement method.Under this background,combined with the specific requirements of key research and development projects in Shandong Province,this paper developed a system to automatically detect the magnetic flux of the magnetic rotor and discussed the magnetic flux measurement method in detail.Firstly,in order to clearly understand the magnetic field characteristics of a radial multi-pole rotor,the magnetic field distribution of the magnetic rotor is analyzed in the paper.The theoretical formula of the field intensity distribution of rectangular permanent magnets is deduced using the Ampere circulation law,and the formula of the magnetic field strength of the whole at any field point is obtained.Then the theoretical formula of the magnetic field distribution of the radial multi-pole magnetic rotor is derived.Finally,Ansoft Maxwell software was used to establish the simulation model of the magnetic rotor.The static magnetic field analysis was performed to obtain the magnetic field distribution of the magnetic rotor in radial and circumferential directions.The results obtained will contribute to the study of subsequent testing methods.Then,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing magnetic flux detection methods of several permanent magnets,the method of detecting the magnetic rotor flux of the induction coil and induction magnetometers is determined.According to the distribution characteristics of the magnetic field of the magnetic rotor and the measurement principle based on the electronic integration,the influencing factors of the measurement process are analyzed:the position of the rotor to reach the coil,the speed of entering the coil,the angle of entering the coil,next,using the simulation software Ansoft Maxwell,the model of the magnetic rotor,the model of the coil,the measurement circuit model,and the transient simulation of the whole measurement method were established.The specific influence of the above influencing factors on the detection results was analyzed.Finally,the realization platform for the automatic detection of the magnetic flux of magnetic rotor was designed and built.According to the size of the rotor and the movement requirements of the magnetic flux measurement method,the mechanical structure of the system was designed.Then,the equipment selection and mechanical processing were used to set up the experimental platform,which can complete the inspection of the rotor and the rotor flux detection up and down,rotation,and automatic product packaging requirements;afterwards,based on the mechanical structure and hardware circuit board,the software system is designed,from function analysis,frame construction,interface design,and finally through the software debugging,the on-line automatic detection of the rotor flux is implemented and the simulation of the measurement method is verified.
