With the continuous development of national economic construction, the step of infrastructure construction is becoming faster and faster, large engineering projects such as bridges, tunnels, high-rise buildings are built.The engineering construction scale is large,the construction cycle is long, the service time is long, the influence scope is wide.In the process of use for decades, hundreds of years, the building may suffer from load, environment, material fatigue and earthquake, explosion and other roles,the resistance of structure will gradually weaken.Health diagnosis for construction safety monitoring and service process of major projects, the internal structure of vulnerability being discovered in time,evaluating the structure safety performance, formulating the reinforcement and maintenance scheme are significant to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents and ensure the operation safety.With the high precision, stable signal, wide application,vibrating wire sensor concerns about access to its many advantages in the field of structural health monitoring.This paper study the engineering application of vibrating wire sensor through the following four aspects:1 Introduce the structural health monitoring and the mathematical model,structure form,working principle and development status of vibrating wire sensor,have a certain understanding to it from the theory angle.2 Through non-destructive axial tensile tests,research the accuracy of vibrating wire sensor in measurement range,get the measure rules in measurement range.3 Use the vibrating string extensometer in reinforced concrete members,carry on bending failure tests to the members,measure the stress of internal longitudinal reinforcement.analyze the experiment through the simulation of the finite element software and calculation formula of deflection and bending moment,study on the reliability of the vibrating wire sensor’data which is the reinforced concrete bending structure,find that the vibrating string extensometer measurement effect of tensile reinforcement is better than that of compressive reinforcement in the flexural member and that the measurement data is more accurate, when it bear the heavier load.And deduce the simple calculation method in which the flexural member section bending moment can be measured with the reinforced concrete meters.4 Apply the vibrating wire sensors in health monitoring project of Tianjin Nord Winland international financial center,design and install the monitoring system of vibrating wire sensors,collect the data of the process of plate strain variation in welding and the strain of shear walls and huge columns caused by the construction,and getting some rules through analysis,realize the health monitoring of high-rise building in the structural construction stage. |
