| According to the statistics data, a third of the total energy consumption of office building is the lighting energy consumption, therefor, the problem of the modern construction industry needs to be solved is how to make full use of natural lighting and then reduce lighting energy consumption. And in recent years, because has the characteristics of reducing the indoor temperature in summer and keep the indoor temperature in winter, the double-skin fa?ade applied widely all over the world. So, studying on impact of double-skin facade on the indoor daylight environment and energy consumption on office building will have vital significance.firstly, taking office building which with double-skin fa?ade in TanJin as the object, researching indoor natural lighting levels, and at this basis to research a number of factors impact on the indoor illumination, the factors include outdoor illumination, the double-skin facade, room height position and the angle of blinds in double-skin fa?ade, etc. Results show that the exist of double-skin fa?ade reduces the indoor illumination, but improves the intensity of illumination uniformity; The factors including outdoor illumination, the double-skin facade, room height position, the angle of blinds in double-skin fa?ade have influence on indoor illumination.The daylight environment of office building with double-skin fa?ade is related to fa?ade’s design parameters. Using the static simulation software to analyze a number of factors which influent in the indoor illumination and intensity of illumination uniformity. The factors include fa?ade’s toward, the height of windowsill, the window shape, window-wall ratio, the glass transmittance and the width of air gap of fa?ade. Results show that fa?ade’s toward is a factor which could influence on the indoor illumination, especially in sun day during the winter; With the increase of height of the windowsill, the indoor intensity of illumination evenness increased; With the decrease of the aspect ratio, the indoor intensity of illumination evenness increases; when the aspect ratio decreases to a certain value, with the decrease of the aspect ratio, the intensity of illumination uniformity begin to decrease; With the increase of the window- wall ratio,the indoor illumination and intensity of illumination evenness increased; As the glass transmittance increases, the indoor illumination evenness increases; The width of air gap of facade almost have no effect on the indoor illumination, but have influence on the intensity of illumination.Building natural lighting and lighting control mode is the main factors influencing the energy consumption of lighting. Annual dynamic simulation was carried out to analyze a number of factor which influent in the lighting energy consumption, the factors include fa?ade’s toward, double-skin facade, lighting control mode, etc. and then get the cold and hot load of construction under different control mode. The results showed that the lighting energy consumption is lowest when facing south, having highest energy-saving rate compared with the north; In six kinds of lighting control mode, the personnel sensor automatically shut down and the dimming is the most energy-efficient lighting control mode; Different lighting control mode have different building cool and heat load, lighting control mode which having low lighting energy consumption, building total load is low. |
