Producing concrete by Using slag admixtures,which is partly replace cement, can reduce the amount of cement in the concrete.It can also reduce the emission of the greenhouse gas and take an important part in improving our environment. In order to get the suitable mixing ratio of high content slag admixture of concrete. we studied different proportions of the quality of fly ash and slag powder dosage in cementing materials, the proportions are 40%, 50%, 60%.We studied the following content of the high content slag admixture of concrete : the regular of Compressive strength, the performance of antifreeze, the performance of permeability, the ability of resistance to chloride ion erosion, the ability of resistance to sulfate attack. We also find out the best proportion, and we make evaluation for the economic benefits and Social benefits of the high content slag admixture of concrete.The results show that, Preparation of high content slag admixture of concrete should choose ideal materials such as high quality of fly ash and graining of blast furnace slag powder. These materials have good liquidity, adhesiveness and water retention. The compressive strength of high content slag admixture of concrete in 7 days is lower than the benchmark concrete,the compressive strength in 28 days is slightly lower than the benchmark concrete. but in 60 days, the compressive strength of different dosage of concrete is basically close to or even higher than the strength of the benchmark concrete.Under the condition of the same quality of gelled material, the mass loss of high content slag admixture of concrete is increasing along with the reducing of cement dosage, the freezing-thawing resisting ability is abate, but conform to the requirements of the specification.The impermeability of high content slag admixture of concrete get significantly improved. at the same time, with the increase of slag admixture, its capability of resistance to water penetration is increased. With the percentage increase of slag admixture and fly ash admixture, the carbonation resistance of concrete is becoming lowerer than before, but it can guarantee the reinforced are not be violated.High content slag admixture of concrete resistance to chloride ion corrosion and sulfate attack resistance are less benchmark concrete adding mineral admixtures have significantly improved, enhancing the durability of concrete. the ability of chlorine ion erosion resistance and Sulfate attack resistance of high content slag admixture of concrete is better than the benchmark concrete without adding mineral admixtures.And it has strengthened the durability of the concrete.
