The brittleness performance of concrete is improved by adding rubber particles, to some extent, the deformation performance is improved, at the same time, the rubber wastes and heaps are reduced to improve the environment positively and achieved sustainable use of resources, but the strength of concrete will be decreased significantly after adding the rubber particles, which heavily restricts the application and promotion of rubber concrete. Steel fiber mixed into rubber concrete can effectively develop the function of steel fiber in crack resistance, reinforcing strength, also solve the problem that the strength of concrete is decreased after adding the rubber particles, so that the rubber concrete can be widely used in engineering.In this text, the experimental is on the basis of ordinary concrete, the rubber concrete is made with 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% dosage of rubber particles instead of fine aggregate, then with 0, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% dosage of steel fiber mixed into the above rubber concrete to prepare steel fiber reinforced rubber concrete, the basic mechanical properties, bending toughness and bending creep performance of rubber concrete which add steel fiber or not are tested and analyzed through the cube(100mm×100mm×100mm) and prism(100mm×100mm×300mm) compression strength, the cube(100mm×100mm×100mm) splitting strength test, small beam(100mm×100mm×400mm) bending test and three point bending creep test, the main studies are as follows:(1) Based on the cube compression strength, the prism axial compression strength and splitting strength test, the influence of compression and splitting properties of rubber concrete with adding different content steel fiber are studied.(2) Based on the bending test, the influence of bending strength of rubber concrete with adding different content steel fiber is studied, refer to the ASTM testing method, the flexural toughness of rubber concrete is analyzed.(3) Based on the three point bending creep test, the influence of concrete with only rubber particles or at the same time with rubber and steel fiber are studied.The results show that: the concrete strength decreased obviously and the brittleness got a certain role to improve when rubber was added into it. The bending strength and flexural toughness of rubber concrete was improved heavily with adding steel fiber, the two have synergistic toughening effect and there is a critical value of the ratio between them, the cube compression and splitting strength of rubber concrete which rubber content is more than 15% improved more effectively than that no more than 10%, the axial compression strength of rubber concrete improves no obviously, axial compressive strength of rubber concrete with adding steel fibber is equal or slightly higher to concrete. The creep properties of rubber concrete or rubber concrete with adding steel fiber and ordinary concrete are similar, the creep deformation improves different along with different content of steel fiber.
