With the development of mobile terminal and mobile Internet, people’s understanding of location services are also rising. Location Based Service has gradually been recognized in some professional fields. It has become a hot research in the international community. LBS has strong ability of navigation, positioning, information inquiry and release. Traffic management information, real-time location information service and the surrounding information inquiry could be provided by LBS. It has been widely used in telematics.A system of information push based on the LBS is proposed designed and realized by this paper. Firstly, the paper discusses some related knowledge of LBS and PUSH technology, and introduces the system architecture of LBS and PUSH type LBS application; Considering this problem of current algorithm in mobile recommender system more suitable for the intelligent terminal in the hands, the direct use of the algorithm in vehicle mobile terminal will have more limitations. This paper focuses on the research and design of the information push algorithm, including advertising control algorithm, dynamic priority adjustment algorithm and voice broadcast priority management. And the model of LBS information push in telematics based on this algorithm is designed. The model focuses on vehicle intelligent terminal, can take turns broadcasting push information using the relevance algorithms, including priority computing module, information broadcast control module, voice broadcast module and so on; Finally, the paper gives the realization of the whole model, simulates and analyses the module of taking turns broadcasting control. and tests the model combined with examples. After collecting feedback information of the actual user, test result analysis is provided.The purpose of this system is to provide high quality information push service for mobile users in telematics, allowing users to select methods of information broadcast, to provide pushing information of meet the needs for customers. This model has the following advantages: It can realize real time position matching in high-speed running vehicle; It can broadcast and control to push data according to the way of dynamic priority; It can control the advertising information’s broadcast interval and duration; It can divide the region of the location attribute. When the model provides good information push service for customers and brings better economic and social benefits for the enterprise, it has two problems: For one thing, no mature and complete model has been given for priority calculation, the proposed information push algorithm can only adapt to the this system in paper, and cannot be widely used, it also need to seek more scientific methods; For another, it need to recalculate the priority when vehicle through the same position every time. This will increase the running time of the system.
