Study Of The Rural Greenway Planning Under The Background Of The Consrtruction Of Beautiful Countryside

Rural development career has made remarkable achievements, but also exposed many serious adverse issues such as resources, environment, ecology, sustainable development of rural areas. Efforts to transform rural development model, while maintaining economic development, coordinating its relationship with resources, ecology, environment, leaving the mountains and rivers for future generations of the Chinese nation, has increasingly become the consensus of the community. In this context, the CPC Central Committee and State Council proposed the solemn construction of "beautiful countryside" ambitions.Greenway career in our nation started relatively late, but still made some progress, and gradually developed into urban planning and construction of greenways and rural greenway from a single common development of urban greenways and began to try the integration of urban and rural development. Rural Greenway is a sustainable green linear space network system built in villages and rural areas or urban and rural areas. Rural greenway plays reconstruction, optimization of action to improve the urban and rural landscape of increasingly serious environmental fragmentation phenomenon. Rural greenway is mainly to serve primarily rural residents, its planning and design is more flexible than urban greenways which are more emphasis on ecological protection. Rural greenway planning can greatly facilitate "beautiful countryside" construction, contributing to the "beautiful countryside" construction of the grand goal.This article summarizes the origin and meaning "beautiful countryside" concept, "beautiful countryside" construction progress of theory and practice in our country and Hubei Province, Summarized the domestic and international practice cases rural greenway planning to provide a reference for the conduct of Hubei rural greenway planning;take Qinde village for example to explore the the rural areas of Hubei rural greenway planning.The innovation of this paper is to analyze the "beautiful countryside" construction of space-time context, to extract the target system, the idea of "beautiful countryside" construction for rural background greenway planning; Landscape ecology "patch-corridor- matrix" theory, the modern landscape planning and design theory, the theory of agroecology, agricultural industry cluster theory, the theory of the living environment, landscape planning theory are used to Qinde village in greenway planning, the principles in our rural areas rural greenway planning to do a preliminary exploration methods; proposed three options with different functional orientation of rural greenway- "ecological protection" of rural greenways, "industrial development" of rural greenways and "livable casual" type of rural Green Road; a blueprint local village greenway planning system and pointed out the general procedure planning.
