In the national defense military, industrial and agricultural production and scientific research, the blackbody cavity sensor is widely used in radiation temperature measurement system. With the development of the temperature measurement technology and improvement of various industries for temperature measurement, the development of blackbody cavity structure with high emissivity has become an important direction of research at home and abroad.In this paper, the optimization design of blackbody cavity sensor structure is studied. The study of the static and dynamic characteristics of blackbody cavity sensor, determines the factors that influence the blackbody emission rate, and provides the theory basis for the blackbody cavity structure optimization design. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly, the calculation method of blackbody emission rate is introduced, and the current common emissivity calculation method are discussed and analyzed in detail.Secondly, blackbody cavity structure model with various shapes is builded according to the theory of integral equation, and the integral equation method for blackbody emission rate is put forward, and the cavity emissivity is calculated. The calculation of blackbody emission rate by the finite element thermal analysis method, solves the theoretical calculation formula of blackbody cavity emissivity cumbersome modeling difficult problem, improve the calculation speed of a blackbody emission rate. Through the comparation of the simulation analysis of the two kinds of algorithm, we can obtain the best structure design parameters of blackbody cavity, and provides a new idea for the optimization design of blackbody cavity sensor structure.Finally, the finite element thermal analysis method is used to analyze the dynamic temperature measurement process with the blackbody cavity sensor. Three dimensional finite element blackbody cavity temperature measurement model with various shapes is builded, some parameters such as the structural parameters of the blackbody cavity, material density and initial preheating temperature which have effect on the dynamic heat transfer process and dynamic response time of the blackbody cavity is analysed, the simulation results and the theoretical results are compared, and the feasibility and accuracy of finite element method is verify, at last we obtained the parameter configuration model of dynamic temperature blackbody cavity sensor.
