With the rapid development of industrialization, People are increasingly high demands. It is also weighing the quality of auto that one of the standard of high-grade comfortable auto seat. However it brought largely influence of passengers’ comfort performance that the vibration and noise generated when the regulator auto seat. It is very important for improving the quality of auto seat that to detect the automotive seat vibration noise performance before they leave the factory. This paper based on the demand of the development of auto industry, it is designed that a kind of vibration and noise of auto seat detection and evaluation system on Production line.(1) It filters the interference components and eliminate the "baseline drift" phenome-non in signal acquisition for accurate evaluation of auto seat vibration and noise performance that using algorithm of mathematical morphology filter.(2) Using the vibration velocity method, realizes the measurement of production line of auto seat noise, then using 1/3 octave band method deduces the 1/3 octave evaluation of vibration and noise method, it is a measure of the vibration and noise to human influence index that reference ISO2631 reduced comfort boundary and Standard industrial enterprises noise, According to the results of the analysis of each 1/3 frequency of vibration and noise of the auto seat belt, vibration and noise performance assess,to provide the basis for the selection of qualified the car seat, thus ensuring the quality of auto seat.(3) Using Visual Basic as the main development platform, combined with Matlab, COM component technology and the hardware equipment, software testing and evaluating system of vibration and noise of auto seat design.Finally, it is validated by the experiment that the reliability of the detection system, achieved the expected design requirements, reduces the cost, improves the test efficiency, increase the agility of the system, convenient testing experiment.
