Research And Implementation Of On Line Detection For Automobile Seat

With the development of society,people’s demand for cars is also growing.As the adjustment of the car seat position,a few adjustment motor vibration noise will not only affect the life of other parts will also affect the comfort of the occupants.Therefore,the car seat vibration and ride comfort has also become an important indicator of people measuring the car.According to the requirements of the development of automobile industry,this paper designs a car seat vibration noise on-line detection and evaluation system.By studying the characteristics of automotive noise on-line detection,using the velocity method to detect electric car seat vibration signal.According to the basic theory of vibration,the vibration transmission path of the system are analyzed.And based on the finite element theory,the electric chair geometric model was established based on Solidworks,in ANSYS Workbench to simulate the actual vibration of vibration analysis was carried out on the seat slide rail,to obtain the vibration of the car seats on a basin of slide rail,provides a theoretical basis for the selection of sensor location,finally the results of the simulation analysis is verified by the experimental results is consistent with the actual situation,determine the best test points for the acceleration.By comparing the wavelet threshold denoising,singular value decomposition denoising,the effect of stochastic resonance denoising,based on singular value decomposition and stochastic resonance denoising algorithm,remove interference noise in the signal acquisition process,thus for automotive noise and vibration performance evaluation provides the effective data,also to vibration signal detection provides a kind of effective method.Using based on the method of vibration velocity of 1/3 octave band noise assessment method,and in reference to the international standard ISO2631-1 "human body vibration comfortable under assessment guide" "comfort lower boundaries" and the corporate industrial noise standards specified in the standard value as the evaluation standard,to complete the evaluation on the performance of automotive noise andvibration,provide the basis for the car seat to factory testing.Finally designed and developed a set of used in car seat vibration noise on-line detection system,and through the experiment verify the reliability of the system.
