| With the development of economy, some negative issues also arise with it,such as Energy shortage and environmental pollution,lightweight of Automobile is the inevitable trend of the auto industry.As the importment safety and appearance,the quality and performance of the wheels have a strong influence on the vehicle,and the modular wheels that made in aluminum alloy can reduce the weight of the vehicle,also can it has more diverse shapes as the structure of flexibility. the modular wheels that made in aluminum alloy have a very considerable development prospects of the auto industry in the future.In this paper,based on analysing processing of the modular wheels that made in 6061 aluminum alloy,some process plans were have been fixed,such as the processing of the rim,spoke and the assembly of spoke and rim.The processing parameter of the casting under low pressure was determined which use for the rim.And the processing parameter of the friction stir welding which use for the assembly of spoke and rim.According to the conventional techniques which is consists of three parts that rolling Round,welding and rolling of the plate in the processing of rim,this study has a focus on the processing of a certain type of rim: making the technics improvement to preform the drocenter of the rim for the furing plate round machine with two rollers;for the flaring process after welding, the drawing is one upon spinning as the cost of the drawing is low,also is simple to operate;make the technics improvement of the conventiona rolling part to reduce the rolling process,as increase by spinning after the first rolling process,then complete the forming of the rim by the second rolling process finally.This paper using the ABAQUS finite element software to verify the feasibility of the processing of rim in various,and optimizes the process of roll forming,then implement the final forming of a certain type of rim finally. |
