Shaped charge technology is widely used in the military weapons,civil mines,oil-gas field exploitation and other fields,and the shaped charge liner is an important element in the shaped charge warhead to form jet and projectile for penetrating the targets,therefore,to understand and master the liner power spinning forming mechanism is the premise for studying and developing this technology.On the basis of analyzing the material elasto-plastic deformation theory,this paper established the three dimensional finite element models for the T2 red copper liner power spinning process by using the ABAQUS/Explicit software platform,analyzing the forming mechanism and the influences of processing parameters to the forming.The main study contents include(1)By using the material elasto-plastic deformation theory and the finite element numerical simulation method,this paper carried out the numerical simulation for the liner power spinning process by using the ABAQUS/Explicit software platform.(2)On the basis of the three dimensional finite element models,this paper studied the stress,strain distribution and the defect generation mechanism during the process of the liner spinning deformation.(3)On the basis of the large simulation,this paper studied the influences of groups of processing parameters to the liner formation quality,and optimized the parameters,tested in the simulation and technological tests.The study results show: the processing parameters play a significant role in the liner power spinning formation quality,which include the fillet radius of the spinning roller,feed rate,installation angle of the spinning roller and friction coefficient.And the installation angle of the spinning roller is the most obvious among them,by using the ABAQUS/Explicit software platform,the spinning process conformed to the real production can be simulated,the test periods be shortened,the efficiency be improved,and the technology security and favorable conditions be provided for the new product study.
