With the rapid advance of our country city changes, various high-rise buildings have sprung up standing in the vast land. With the increase of urban population, urban land becomes more and more tense, so a lot of underground shopping malls, underground parking garage, subway, and multi-storey basement emerge. A large number of underground engineering to emerge, was brought about by the buoyancy of groundwater problems, especially in coastal areas, the anti floating problem of groundwater has not to be ignored. At present the main measures to solve the problem are water-draining with stake-cutting, weight-matching, anti-floating stake and anti-floating anchor. The anti floating anchor as a new anti floating technology has been widely used in some places.Guizhou, Guangxi, Yunnan and other regions as Karst landform, the complex hydrogeological conditions and abundant water, today, with the increasing of high-rise buildings, the anti floating problem more and more groundwater in front of us, so it is very important to study and application of anti float anchor technology.Combined with practical engineering, we studied on the mechanical properties of anti floating anchor the main work is as follows:(1) Through literature research and engineering data, the current research situation and application situation of anti floating anchor are summarized, and combined with the engineering accident examples and Guizhou hydro geological condition, discusses the applicability of the anti floating anchor in Guizhou province.(2) The calculation method of waterproof and anti float buoyancy of groundwater was studied, put forward the basement in different underground aquifers, the calculation method of the buoyancy of water is not the same.(3) The broke mode and anchoring mechanism of anti floating anchor was analyzed,and the design method of bolt in several different specifications were studied andcompared.(4) Combined with practical engineering, studied on the anti float anchor tests, which provides guidance for the further design work on the project.(5) Through the finite element software ABAQUS, the stress and deformation simulation of anti floating anchor, compared with the test; simulation of anti floating anchor anchor group effect, analysis of the effect of anchor group effect of anti floating anchor bearing capacity and displacement, to provide some reference for the future design of anti floating anchor.
