Satellite navigation system is responsible for positioning and navigation task and the precision must be guaranteed. Because of the influence of the navigation satellite in orbit perturbed power will change their orbital parameters constant and has a great influence on navigation accuracy of all kinds of navigation satellite. In order to keep long-term normal operation of the satellite navigation system, it must carry on the track control to make all kinds of navigation satellite orbit parameters remain in the design-value.This paper bases on the analysis of orbital perturbation on the spacecraft orbit perturbation equation and the control of navigation satellite and it also introduces method of small thrust control and the time of orbit control in the process of selection.It firstly discusses the control of the MEO in the theory of evolution phase and considering the effect of the perturbation on satellites and then make MEO simulation. The control strategies of the MEO satellite have absolute control and relative control methods. Considering the limited control number and the fuel, the relative control method and the control strategies can maintain normal MEO satellite orbit running effectively, so as to ensure the accuracy of satellite navigation system. The simulation of optimal control bases on relative control at the time the free case and the control results can realize the fuel optimal.The control of IGSO firstly analysis the IGSO satellite in the effect of perturbation and orbit ascending node position drift. Further theoretical analysis aims at the ascending node position drifting rate. Control of IGSO node is realized by biasing the semimajor axis and based on node location which was determined on the bias drift rate of the semimajor axis. In order to determine the two velocity impulse orbit control process, pulse thrust method is used to achieve IGSO satellite position to keep ascending node. Simulation results show the small thrust method is better than pulse thrust method, but in the process of practice pulse thrust method is better than the small thrust method, for it easy to realize in engineering.Fixed GEO satellite includes satellite north-south movement amplitude that depends only on the orbit inclination, and east-west movement depends on the drift rate, mean longitude and eccentricity. Control strategies are different. We adopt the method of keeping east-west to consider the position control and the mean longitude and eccentricity, angle control in the ascending node of the orbit or descending node which depending on the engine installation position.This dissertation has systematically studied the control of various types of navigation satellites, including the impact of navigation satellite perturbed dynamics and the control strategy of satellite navigation and control method.The simulation results show that it achieves the normal operation of the satellite navigation system requirements on the control of various types of navigation satellite and has certain reference significance to the maintenance work on the satellite navigation system.
