Ultrasonic motor is a high-tech motor domestic and foreign focus on the positive development is the focus of current research in the field of micro-motor, in many fields such as aerospace, medical equipment, biotechnology has a broad application prospects. Currently, the linear ultrasonic motor technology is not mature, widespread structural type single thrust is small, not high speed. In order to enrich and improve the linear motor type ultrasonic motor performance, this paper devoted to studying the theory of linear ultrasonic motor design summarized technology and complete the following work:1. Reviewed the development of ultrasonic piezo linear motors, and describes the characteristics and application of linear ultrasonic motor, to clarify the classification of linear ultrasonic motor, clarifies the present situation linear ultrasonic motor, the study points out the key issues linear ultrasonic motor, described in the present study the purpose and significance.2. Propose a cross-section of the linear motor stator sandwich on the inner surface of the composite quasi-modal H type variable. Established a the stator APDL parametric analysis model. Consistent two modal frequencies and amplitudes a maximum target work, through the stator structure size modal sensitivity analysis and calculations, achieve the optimal dynamics of the stator and stator obtain to optimize the size of 37 mm × 60 mm × 11 mm. Explain the driving mechanism of the motor, the stator drive end derived elliptical trajectory equation, by applying a voltage to the vibration characteristics of the stator load transient analysis and simulation, obtained at 200 V motor stator vertical excitation, the amplitude is 8μm and bending work 6μm, and by changing the applied voltage to the load to verify the changes in the elliptical trajectory of excitation under different circumstances.3. Propose a two degree of freedom linear quasi-H-type variable cross sandwich stator linear motor, the stator longitudinal curved inner surface and an outer surface of the composite modal modal complex as working modes, and explains the principles of motor movement. By the structural dimensions of the stator modal sensitivity analysis and calculations, to achieve dynamic optimization of its structure, and obtain to optimize the size of the stator is 34.4mm × 59.2mm × 11.5mm. Established a motor electromechanical coupling numerical analysis model, simulation stator frequency response curve and the elliptical trajectory.4. Based on quasi- H typevariable section sandwich proposed two kinds of motor stator assembled program, and based on the principle of the two programs tribological were analyzed separately, and ultimately come up with a relatively reliable assembly scheme for prototype development provides a theoretical basis.
