Foam concrete is generally refers to use of mechanical method to prepare foam agent, then mixed the siliceous materials, calcareous material, water and a variety of additives and other components, and stirring, pouring, curing.However, so much bubbles is imported in foam concrete during the process of introducing foam concrete that the foam concrete has some merits, such as lower strength, higher waterabsorption, badder durability, which hinder the promotion as insulated roof materials. Therefor, how to improve the water-resistance is the key.This paper aims to how to improve the water-resistance of insulated roof foam concrete, without damaging other properties. We painting emulsion type organic silicon waterproof agent on the surface of pure cement foam concrete, fly ash foam concrete, mineral powder foam concrete, observing the effect of emulsion type organic silicon waterproof agent on the performance of three kinds of foam concrete, and the effect of methyl silicate organic silicon on the performance of pure cement foam concrete.We refer to a lot of literature about Waterproof of foam concrete,the emulsion type organic silicon waterproof agent,methyl silicate waterproof,based on the existing research results,Change the concentration and dosage of silicone,to find better comprehensive properties waterproof foam concrete.This paper studies the foam concrete under two different water-cement ratio 0.5 and 0.6 conditions, the use of single-factor variable control method, the foam concrete compressive strength, water absorption and water pressure 0.1MPa under two different conditions repellent content under the penetration height variation do the research, seeking to achieve a good waterproof material waterproof agent and the best content.The results show that: when painting of emulsion type organic silicon waterproof agent, the Waterproof performance and compressive strength of the pure cement foam concrete, fly ash foam concrete, mineral powder foam concrete will be get better,and the change regulation similarity with those painting no organic silicon waterproof agent.The waterproof performance and compressive strength of three kinds of foamed concrete isrelated to the concentration of emulsion type organic silicon waterproof agent, but has no direct correlation with the amount of emulsion type organic silicon waterproof agent.the waterproof performance of methyl silicate organic silicon Is not obvious.
