Energy conservation is a basic policy of our country, and power plants are main consumers of primary energy. Since the status of large steam turbine power peaking in the increasingly important, economic operation of steam turbine increasing people’s concern and attention. Huaneng Liangjiang power plant found that after two units put into operation, these was a larger deviation of heat consumption between actual value and the design value, so they take a body transformation for the turbine. Therefor, a deviation exsits in the operating curve original factory units given and the operating curve after the transformation. Because of valve trouble and severe unit vibration, the second stage unit had a long runs in full-steam mode. What it causes is that there is a huge heat loss and waste in the power plant. Aiming at this reality in Huaneng Liangjiang Power Plant, the dissertation takes a research for optimization of steam turbine unit. The main contents are:① Firstly it introduces the cogeneration technology and key performance indicators of cogeneration. Combined with the actual situation of Huaneng Liangjiang Power Plant, introduced a system framework for cogeneration.② It introduces the least squares method, and applies to optimize power plant operation modes under running load changes, takes a comparation and analysis for the two operation methods of regulating plant load.③ It introduces the ant colony algorithm, a mathematical model of the interests optimization of power plant based on ant colony algorithm, used to guide the daily operation of Huaneng Liangjiang Power Plant, reduce production costs to achieve better production efficiency. By analyzing the load distribution effect on CHP cogeneration,set up a mathematical model. Taking the maximum daily benefit as the objective function, considering a number of constraints, carries on iterative solver. According to the MATLAB simulation and analysis results, it verifies the correctness effectiveness and superiority in the least squares method on load distribution and ant colony algorithm on economic running power plant.
