Architectural heritage can bring economic value and cultural significance of precipitation are now making extensive attention from government, the public and society as a whole. In this case, protection and reuse of architectural heritage has become increasingly controversial, how to determine whether the re-use of heritage protection purposes truly has become a popular academic and social issues. Because architectural heritage protection concept has spread more and more in the latest Heritage theory appear, and international conservation organizations and the protection of heritage interpretation files, display and dissemination of factors such as increasing public attention, there is an urgent need for expansion of relevant theoretical research progress in this field, the estate is still relatively weak research.Based on this problem perspective, this paper draws on theories of communication and Heritage Studies, combined analysis of international protection combing the literature, starting from communication research methods to examine the concept of architectural heritage protection in the dissemination of information protection and re-use, public discuss the relationship between heritage and pointed out that the process of architectural heritage conservation and reuse is the legacy collation and dissemination of information in the process.In this paper, combing through the study of the structure of international protection file, get the value of the architectural heritage and the concept of change, pointed to the social value of heritage value is being transformed from a historical value to the architectural heritage conservation and reuse methods of communication analysis, sorting heritage information propagation process is the process, through the process of information transmission analysis of the elements to get heritage protection mode of communication framework, and finally in accordance with the architectural heritage of different sizes on the interaction between the audience and the heritage of different categories, and through case studies that specifically addressed the practical application of the theoretical framework.Information finishing process is to analyze the relationship between the architectural heritage and significance of intangible heritage entity environment both through the dissemination of semiotic analysis, with the signifier- meaning analytical tools, re-sort the entity’s architectural heritage- the relationship between meaning.
