Landscape Planning And Design Of Agricultural Industrial Park Under The Background Of The New Urbanization

As the progress of New Type Urbanization, the mode of “industry promoting agriculture, urban area leading rural sites” is playing a leader role in the effectively interacting improvement of agriculture industry planning and construction. Agriculture industry promotion is an important carrier to boost the transition of agriculture, the structure of agriculture readjustment, and the construction of new socialist countryside; it is also a critical pathway of developing agriculture industry, protecting eco environment, and increasing the internal income of countryside. Agriculture Industry Park consists of the farming cultural landscape, agricultural eco environment, farming production events and traditional convention, combining the modern agriculture, traditional customs and natural eco environment to a new leisure industry which is the entry point of the combination of economy, society and environment.Comparing with developed counties in the east, in China, research and development of agriculture industry is still backward and not enough. Si Chuan and Chongqing which are in China Western Development Plan, has unique geographical environment, which results the inapplicability of the existing planning and design theories to this area’s agriculture industry development. Considering the confliction among nature, humanity and economy during development, the question we have to resolve is that how to come up with specific design and strategy for the project. That is also an important purpose of this paper.This paper takes agriculture industry design as the research object. Firstly, the author points out the thesis based on the developing status and difficulties of the agriculture industry. Secondly, it analyzes different cases from different angle of view and explains related theories. Thirdly, the paper concludes principle and strategy of agriculture industry design, basing on the theories and practical cases analysis. At last, it describes the practice and cases as the response to all above.This paper adopts “Raise question—analyze question—solve question” mode, including the following four parts:Chapter 1 and 2 introduce developing status and difficulties of agriculture industry. It mainly explains the background of the research and the status of the research at home and in abroad. This part defines the scope of this research object, the research methods and research steps. It also reflects the problems of agriculture industry planning and design through the analysis of agriculture industry starting and developing.Chapter 3 analyzes the Sichuan and Chongqing areas’ agriculture industry park design. It mainly responses the questions posed in chapter 2 by discussing about practical cases, providing basis of design.Then Chapter4 introduces design strategies of agriculture industry under background of new urbanization. This part comes up with the design principle and strategy if agriculture industry park basing on the theories and practical cases analysis in the above parts. it is an important part of the paper.Chapter 4 and 5 explains the case practice---Siyanxiang agriculture industry park design and construction, as evidence of the solution to questions from Part 2.
