Research On Landscape Evaluation And Planning Of Modern Agricultural Industrial Park In Sichuan Province Based On AHP-SD Method

In recent years,under the promotion of rural revitalisation work,rural areas have begun to be vigorously developed and constructed,leading to problems such as pollution of the rural ecological environment,homogenisation of landscape appearance and a single mode of industrial development.Therefore,in order to comply with the development of the times,strengthening the planning and construction of modern agricultural industrial parks and improving the landscape evaluation system of modern agricultural industrial parks are all important for enhancing the rural landscape,protecting basic farmland,strengthening food production and promoting local economic development.Firstly,the methods of landscape evaluation and the development of modern agricultural industrial parks were studied,and a landscape evaluation system combining the AHP method with the SD method was constructed by means of expert consultation and field survey.The evaluation system includes one target layer,three project layers,eight factor layers and 21 indicator layers.The evaluation index weights were determined by inviting experts to score the evaluation indexes using the hierarchical analysis method(AHP),in which the evaluation index weights of the project layer were ranked as follows:production landscape > natural landscape > humanistic landscape;the evaluation index weights of the factor layer were ranked as follows: agricultural landscape > ornamental plant landscape > landscape space > experience activities > agricultural product processing > agricultural production > park architecture > traffic road;the top three evaluation index weights of the indicator layer The top three evaluation indicators in the indicator layer are naturalness,integrity and landscape aesthetics respectively.Secondly,three cases of typical modern agricultural industrial parks were selected,namely Tianfu Grain Silo National Modern Agricultural Industrial Park(100,000 mu grain comprehensive demonstration base),Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park(Xinjin District Grain and Oil Modern Agricultural Park in Chengdu City)and Gyunlian Grain and Tobacco Rotation Modern Agricultural Industrial Park,to carry out the semantic difference(SD)method of landscape evaluation.The questionnaire was designed by comparing the landscape evaluation indicators with the SD semantics in conjunction with the field research situation.The results of the landscape evaluation of the three industrial parks were: Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park(91.36±6.47)> Tianfu Grain Silo Agricultural Industrial Park(89.89±5.00)> Gyunlian Grain and Tobacco Rotation Modern Agricultural Industrial Park(73.40±11.49).The results of the three landscape evaluation scores are consistent with the objective facts,thus verifying the rationality of the SD-AHP method landscape evaluation model for modern agricultural industrial parks in this paper.Finally,based on the above landscape evaluation,as the landscape evaluation score of the modern agricultural industrial park in Gyunlian is the lowest,the planning of the modern agricultural industrial park in Gyunlian Grain and Tobacco Rotation is completed in order to achieve the purpose of landscape enhancement and balanced industrial development.Through field research and interviews,we analyse the current situation of the region,analyse the importance of enhancing the landscape value of the park from three aspects: natural landscape,humanistic landscape and production landscape,and make suggestions on the landscape enhancement and spatial layout of the industrial park.Integrating existing resources,it focuses on some of the evaluation indicators with low comprehensive scores to make key project planning and put forward safeguard measures.The landscape evaluation model of modern agricultural industrial parks constructed in this paper has certain universality and can provide reference for similar planning and landscape management and maintenance,but due to the regional nature of the research object,the applicability to other regions needs further verification.
