Study On Safety Risk Prewarning Of Urban Rail Transit Project In Construction Phase

It is very significant to develop urban public transport system that treat urban rail transit as its backbone to solve the traffic problem. However, since most rail transit projects are constructed in prosperous district with uncertain geological environment and complex environment around, that lead to high rate of safety accident.Firstly, this paper treats safety accidents of rail transit project in construction stage as research object based on the research background of the rapid development of urban rail transit and high-frequency occurrence of safety accidents, uses accident tree analysis method, aims at effective control of safety accident of urban rail transit project. And according to the types of safety accidents warning, the paper establishes safety risk observation Indexes and safety risk patrol indexes, and determine the prewarning indicator threshold to divide warning limit of all factors referring Heinrich accident rule.Secondly, establishes prewarning models from current state and future state. Current state prewarning is to conduct comprehensive safety risk prewarning that determining safety accidents prewarning level and raising the alarmusing entropy weight method through ranking the prewarning indicators refining from the information gathered on construction site, judging occurring possibility of every accident type based on historical experience and safety accident hazards, then screening out the prewarning indicators from people, material, machine, environment and structure observation indicators in severe warning state, moderate warning state andlight warning state;Future state model is toobtain future state of every prewarning indicators by establishing a high accuracy safety risk prewarning model based on gray prediction method, determining future state’s safety accidents prewarning level according to current state’s prewarning process.Established safety risk prewarning indicator system based onsafety accidents’ prewarning type and determined warning level of each warning indicators, constituted a comprehensive safety risk prewarning system in construction phase.To achieve accidents prevention with limited resourcesin construction phase, helping conducting safety risk management systematically and standardly, also providing a powerful tool for urban rail transit project’s safety risk management。...
