With the rapid development of national economic construction, China’s infrastructure construction has entered a rapid development period, the 13th Five-year period, plans to be completed and open to traffic of urban rail transit line more than 3000 kilometers, the total investment will reach 18~20 trillion yuan.Nanning as the capital of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and China-ASEAN Expo permanent host city, has become the country to establish China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, the development of the maritime Silk Road of the regional international city. The construction of urban rail transit project is of great significance to the realization of the strategic objectives of urban development in Nanning and the promotion of regional economic development. But rail transportation construction projects in its large investment, long construction period, construction technology is complex, risk factors can not be forecast and so on the characteristics, combined with local awareness of the risk management of construction project is not uniform, put in place, management science, so that in the last few years in the construction of rail transit accidents, under enormous pressure safety production.Through research and understanding of domestic and foreign urban rail transit construction project risk management related literature, summarizes the problems existed in construction safety risk management, in the establishment of the urban rail transit projects in the planning, feasibility study, survey design, construction, etc. the whole process safety risk management system. Through in Nanning urban rail transit line 1 safety risk management practice verification, to strengthen the process of engineering construction safety risk management and control, the effective implementation of the parties participating in the construction engineering safety production management responsibilities. Hope through this study, on the establishment of safety risk management system for other domestic urban rail transit project construction units to provide a useful reference, jointly explore, research, and improve the safety risk management system for urban rail transit construction, to improve the level and efficiency of engineering construction.
