| Mass property parameters in many branches in the field of industry plays an important role, especially in the aerospace, weapons, automobile and other industries. The characteristics of these areas is that they all need to own body around the center of mass control, so around the center of mass of the quality characteristic parameters and the precise measurement of the mass center position is critical. Existing experience has shown that the best way to measure quality characteristics, is a card to complete all measuring. Mass property measurement method based on spherical air bearing is currently the world’s most advanced and most precise measurement method of mass property and it is also a kind of integrated measurement method, this paper puts forward a mass property measurement system scheme based on complex air bearing.Based on the complex air bearing mass property measurement system overall scheme, including the system composition, measurement principle analysis and measuring process design. All the parts of the system is mainly on the system function was described, mainly contains the system overall composition, the machine body subsystem, measuring subsystem and the gas supply system. Air bearing mechanism of system design and simulation, the design process uses the engineering calculation method of air bearing. Mainly includes the air bearing in a single orifice flow rate, air bearing load analysis, establish the basic equations of air bearing, air bearing structure analysis, the basic parameters of air bearing design. Finally, discussed all kinds of system error of eccentric and moment of inertia, and has carried on the synthesis to error, respectively. |
