Electrohydraulic load simulator is the ground semi-physical simulation equipment. It is used to simulate the load force(torque) imposed on the actuator of aircraft, and then detect the technical indicators of actuator. With the development of science and technology, high level performance of aircraft is required. High level performance of load simulator is required. However, during the loading process, because the forced flow, which is caused by active sports of the actuator, produces surplus torque. It has a serious impact on the load simulator performance. How to suppress the surplus torque has become a key to improve the performance of load simulator.Generally, surplus torque can be suppressed from structure. The electro-hydraulic servo valve, as a key element of electro-hydraulic load simulator system, can seriously affects the performance of load simulator system. Because of the force closed-loop, the study of load simulator based on pressure servo valve has great significance.On the basis of leaning lots of literature, the main research contents are as follows:Firstly, the mathmatical models of load simulator based on the pressure servo valve and the flow servo valve are established. The simulation without disturbance of the two models proves that load simulator based on the two valves can both achieve the desired technical requirements. This paper also compares load simulator based on pressure servo valve with load simulator based on flow servo valve from the theory and simulation. The pure surplus torque and torque tracking curve are also compared through the simulation.Secondly, software and hardware of the load simulator control system are designed. According to the analysis on experimental needs, software and hardware of the control system are divided into some modules. The design, selection, installation of hardware and the design, test of software are completed. The foundation of achieving high-precision servo control is provided.Finally, the experiment is completed. Load simulator system based on the two valves were identificated, and the controller is designed. The experiments include load test without disturbnce, pure surplus torque test, torque track test. According to the experiments, Load simulator based on the pressure servo valve and the flow servo valve are compared, and the theoretical analysis and simulation analysis are verified. The evidence of selecting the servo valve used in load simulator is provided.
