The vibration isolation on spacecraft is mainly divided into the entire star vibration isolation and the part vibration isolation. The micro vibration isolation belongs to the part vibration isolation. Because the vibration amplitude is small, it has no effect on the operation of the spacecraft. But with the development of space technology, more and more high precision loads are put into use, which have high requirements of the micro vibration control. So the micro vibration isolation must be taken into account in structural design. The traditional isolation method is to increase the stiffness of the satellite by modifying the structure design scheme, but this method will increase the weight of the spacecraft, and needs the long development period and high cost. Another solution is taking the local vibration isolation measures, this method can not only guarantee the damping characteristics of structure, and will not change the original design. In this article, I choose the fluid damping vibration isolator as the research object, analyze the structure and working principle of the D-strut fluid damping vibration isolator, and design the structure and axial stiffness of a metal corrugated pipe parameters.At first, I establish the damping force calculation formula in long damping hole case, compare the working principle, advantages and disadvantages of four common types of fluid damping vibration isolator. Bellows fluid damping vibration isolator has application advantages.Because the structure of D-strut fluid damping vibration isolator is too complex and the formula for calculation of damping force can’t be deduced directly, I propose a model of equivalent based on the structure of the double pole fluid damping vibration isolator, define the concept of equivalent diameter of piston, and give the equivalent damping force after the theoretical calculation formula.According to the simulation results of Fluent software, the above-mentioned equivalent model and the calculation formula is right. The formula can accurately response the relationship between the damping force and the various parameters. And the calculation method of equivalent diameter are obtained.Finally, I design the structure parameters of metal bellows, calculate the theoretical value of axial stiffness, and carry on the simulation analysis with the Workbench software, the axial stiffness value with the theoretical value is equal.
