Firstly the paper introduces the current research status of electric forklift braking safty and energy feedback of vehicle at home and abroad. Then take inspection survey on typical faults of forklift. Then take stability calculation and simulink modeling and analysis of electric forklift CPD15 S. Then research on electric double layer capacitor energy storage principle and select the topologies. Then we determine the overall energy recovery programs and the operating mode. Then we take modeling and simulation of brushless DC motor Finally, we study the relationship of safety and energy saving based on the energy conversion and shoe brake thermal degenerative.The main contents are included.1)Inspection and investigation fault type. Failure by relying on the standard test "field(plant) within the original records of motor vehicle inspection form". Then we take research on braking system, steering system and tire wearing faults.2)Detailed calculation and analysis of computer simulation of forklift braking stability. Select brand CPD15 S of Anhui Heli forklift model as the object and take introduction and analysis of its technical parameters and structural characteristics. Then we determine the position of the center of gravity limits range, front and rear axle load distribution, best match mass balance weight based on the longitudinal stability. Then we establish tire model based on Gim theory and take analysis on the longitudinal and transverse mechanical properties between the tire and the ground. Finally, we consider the effects of environmental factors, including sporadic lateral force and surface water and establish the single-track model.3)Study on the process of energy feedback. Firstly we determine the supercapacitors as the energy recovery and batteries and DC / DC series topologies. Then we determine the overall energy recovery programs and the operating mode. Finally we take modeling and simulation of brushless DC motor.4)Study on the relationship of safety and energy saving based on the energy conversion and shoe brake thermal degenerative. Firstly take structural stress analysis of shoe brake and then calculate the mathematical relationship between the braking force coefficient and the friction coefficient. So that we can get the influence relation of the change of friction coefficient during the conditions of energy conversion.
