Modeling Design And Shell Structure Optimization Of Integrated Digital Television

Digital integrated television(shorted as integrated television in the following text) is trend of TV at present and a period of time afterwards. According to market research, there is a serious homogenization phenomenon in machine modeling, new design method is needed through serious study. Structure optimization of the company currently is mainly dependent on the architect’s design experience and drop test, which wastes lots of time and resources. So it is necessary to introduce virtual simulation technology to shorten the design cycle and improve product’s anti-fall performance. According to this situation, my graduation project is selected modeling design and structure optimization analysis of the integrated machine.The topics to be discussed include two aspects: one is the innovation of the modeling design method and the other is the innovative structure optimization method.Relying on the actual project experience and learning of relevant documents and technology, the solution of the above problems are proposed in the paper. For part of integrated television modeling design, about 200 advantage products of the last five years are selected, and through different dimensions of analysis design trend is concluded; through literature analysis and survey,the behavior model of high-end users is established; the above relevant information got is to be used as design reference later. During the design of the products part innovative design method is proposed and emotional exploration direction is also proposed in the paper, which includes modeling elements analysis and integration method and scenario analysis. In short in modeling design, the traditional modeling design method and emotional design method are combined to design the product. Research focuses of this part includes three aspects: establishing user model, trend summary, scenario analysis. In this paper, one integrated machine product is designed, which is currently sold.The finite element analysis method is introduced for the shell structure optimization.The process includes establishing the three-dimensional model, model checking, model optimization, network partitioning, defining material properties and drop data, simulation analysis, obtaining the optimization results. After all these processes are finished, suggestions are put forward to optimize the structure based on the results. Through the analysis of data, and the method is feasible when used in structure optimization of integrated television.
