| High Voltage Switchgear is a critical transmission and distribution equipment,which plays a vital role in the overall power system. High Voltage Switchgear whether can operate stably or not directly related to the safe operation of electrical safety of users,and even affect the stable operation of the entire power grid. Although the failure phenomenon of high voltage switchgear involves the physical mechanism of electricity,magnetism,heat,power and other aspects,according to statistics,the high temperature is the main cause of high voltage switchgear failure,in other words,the temperature is an important measurement to identify status of high voltage switchgear. This paper designed and implemented the warning and alarm system of the switchgear state based on temperature on-time monitoring,which can warn the fault bud and treat timly,save manpower and financial resources,avoid the further development of the accident.At present,most of the electrical equipment safety monitoring work is focused on how real-time alerts,and can not find fault in the electrical equipment failure and early warning. Therefore,the establishment of electrical equipment in real-time on-line monitoring system with warning alarm function is imperative. In this paper, based on the design and implementation of hardware and software of the monitoring system, the application of neural network algorithm to analyze the temperature data, build the state assessment model of BP neural network, fault in the bud fault early warning and timely processing, to ensure the safety and stable operation of electrical equipment.As the starting point,this paper study the domestic and foreign current state of high voltage switchgear temperature measurement technology. It not only put forward the overall design scheme of intelligent online monitoring system based on fiber-optic temperature measurement of high voltage switchgear state, but also realized this system. This paper studied the fluorescence optical fiber temperature measurement principle, builded hardware systems. Then,based on the characteristics of the hardware and communications equipment,this paper use Visual C # language and SQL Server database to develop temperature warning alarm system,the system has an intuitive visual interface,simple and convenient data storage processes. Finally, this paper use artificial neural network algorithm to compelet intelligent switchgear temperature monitoring and analysis temperature data,in addition to process early warning alarm of the nascent state of the switchgear fault,and validated this theory by experiment. The results show that the studied of this on-time monitoring system of electrical equipment condition based on fiber-optical temperature measurement can accurately reflect the real-time operational status of the switchgear,and is able to warn and alarm abnormal condition,which has practical engineering significance. |
