| With the the accelerated pace of new urbanization, the urban development of China will face new development pattern. Against the background, the buildings which are essential for people’s lives, it is worthy of considering how to fit the new urbanization. The current construction sector can be broadly divided into two thoughts: one way is full of international moden architectural style, the other way is modern interpretation of the architectural vocabulary with national traditions and local regional culture. However as a development road of local Chinese architectural, the second thoughts have been received by the vast majority of architects and conducted fruitful attempts in numerous engineering practice and success. In ancient Chinese architecture, the pavilion building as one with its own distinctive characteristics, digging out from its body,not only can be used in methods of modern architectural design and promotion, but also can be the inheritance of the nation building and development.When we carry out an architectural creation in a number of cities with a large number of historical buildings, sometimes it is necessary to deal with the issue of dialogue with the historic buildings, and buildings in ancient China, "Pavilion" as one of these buildings has its own distinctive features, and other ancient landmark building in the construction function, space-based system, state space field layout is not the same. Digging out from it can be used in modern architecture design and to promote, on the other side, it is good way of national building of inheritance and development and response to the city in the process of historical issues.Firstly, the thesis is begin with the study of historic buildings from combed "pavilion," in the connotation construction, classification and historical development sort.By integrating the northern region currently existing "pavilion" buildings instance, select a different area typical "pavilion" buildings comparative analysis of its type made from space, spatial pattern, the construction of means, materials, structure, shape, decoration, color, etc.Aspects of the evolution of elaborate construction, for architects on the "pavilion" buildings to provide basic information on the design of a modern interpretation.
