Research Of Defu Xiang From The Perspective Of Xi’an City Heritage

Defu Xiang as one of the most important historic district in Xi’an, after several times in recent years Chaigai,showing a new look different from its historic location. No matter whether it conforms to the value judgment ofarchitecture planning, either as an important part of Xi’an style is good or bad, there is the reality, reflect the part ofXi’an city form at the present stage. For Xi’an Defu lane is concerned, its historical features have been varying degrees of records, but for the record the current study is insufficient. This is the main point of this paper.In this paper, taking Xi’an Defu Xiang as the research object, further integration of city heritage as a research perspective. From the time, space, multiple dimensions of material, non-material detailed records of the status quo.On the one hand, reveals the Xi’an City Defu Xiang as part of the important contemporary significance; on the other hand, from the "duration" and "time" point of view, record the cultural role assumed by the contemporaryDefu Xiang, building and space in this level is just a carrier, the place spirit and cultural attributes is an important part of the contemporary city heritage.This paper is mainly divided into three parts: one is the interpretation of Xi’an Defu Lane past and present, in different spatial scale were recorded and comments on the evolution and variation of Defu Xiang overall style;two is the interpretation of space and architectural space of contemporary Xi’an Defu lane, a detailed record of theDefu Xiang inside, outer space condition three is to explore contemporary Defu Xiang; the role of city heritage,more is happening at the level of record Defu Xiang culture attribute of history, discusses between contemporary culture and Defu Xiang space relationship.The author found that, compared with the Defu Xiang as a concept of historic blocks, more contemporary Defu Xiang is showing contemporary culture and exotic culture, rather than the traditional history and culture of xi’an. The definition of the historic district is not clear, so the study of Defu Xiang in the city heritage from the perspective ofmeaning, more is to explore the deep meaning of the new culture and the existing buildings, space form. The author’s own research results and their own knowledge, to make their own preliminary understanding andsuggestions, in-depth study to explore the later scholars continue to.
