The industrialization and informatization of construction have become a hot topic of engineering construction research, currently, and metallurgical mining engineering modular construction is a new mode of construction which is based on that guiding ideology. Metallurgical mining enterprises pay more and more attentions to modular construction because of its advantages of high economic benefit, short construction period. However, the technology of the modular construction is scarce and the mechanics simulation method is not mature, at present. They hinder the promotion of metallurgical mining engineering modular construction. In view of the above situation, based on a typical engineering,this thesis will carry out the following research work, which is combined the uniqueness of metallurgical engineering:(1) Analyze the modular construction method of the SINO iron project, study on module dividing, modular construction process, monitoring of construction process and simulation model correction, and then summarizes the modular construction process to provide the reference for other metallurgical mining projects.(2) Analysis of the basic theory of construction mechanics, combined with uncertainty and cyclical which are the characteristics of modular construction mechanics, methods which are used to modular construction simulation by dividing the construction analysis steps and static combination probability limit analysis are proposed.Improve existing analysis methods, put forward the fixed step-by-step modeling method and the fixed birth-death element method which are suitable for metallurgy mine engineering modular construction mechanics simulation, finally, using flowcharts to show how to use those methods.(3) Using finite element analysis softwares Abaqus and Midas/Gen, mechanics simulation analyze the main equipment modular construction of the SINO project. In view of special factors in the construction process, their limits were given by using the method of expanded analysis, to ensure the safety of the construction by combining with the monitoring of its process. Introduced actual construction process and construction measures of SINO project, technical suggestions were put forward which were about the modular construction of main equipments in metallurgical mine project.(4)The fixed step-by-step modeling method was using to mechanical simulation analyze of E-House,s modular construction, optimized the original structure design scheme, summarizes the method of module structure design which is combining with mechanics simulation analyze of modular construction, technical proposals are put forward which are concerning with the metallurgical mining engineering modular construction.(5) Summarize the research results and analyze the current study limitations, indicate the direction for future research.In this thesis, relying on the SINO iron project, metallurgical mine engineering modular construction techniques and mechanics simulation are studied, good effects are obtained, they guaranted the smooth implementation of the project, they also provide the theoretical and technical basises for metallurgy mine engineering modular construction.
