Since the development of Chinese classical gardens in the tang dynasty, the art of the construction of garden reached the peak,especially the literati ’s private gardens.Even though the famous poet Bai juyi was an outstanding representative among the literati class, he had unique aesthetic idea of literati in construction of garden. His attainments and achievements in construction of private garden manifests the imprint of the Tang dynasty had the profound summary in his practice of the construction of garden.
