| If the yacht is made of advanced composite named glass fiber reinforced plastic,this can make the yacht with less quality and good performance. However, for the structural design of FRP yacht, it mainly refers to the rules and regulations for the classification and construction of yacht with complicated calculation process and a mount of calculation. So the yacht structure design will spend a lot of time and effort.At the same time, the price of the materials of FRP yacht is high, which makes the high total cost of building a yacht.In order to solve the above problems, this thesis has established the FRP yacht design and checking system of the structure and strength based on 《 Rules and Regulations for the Classification and Construction of Yacht》(2012) promulgated by Chinese Classification Society(CCS) and some basic principle of structure design. It also has established a structural optimization system based on methods of optimizing.The system mainly has eight modules; it is the basic input module, profile database module, design load calculation module, structure size calculation module, the hull girder strength calculation and checking module, stability calculation module,structure optimization design module and data post-processing module.In order to realize the system function of each module, the design, checking and optimization system of FRP Yacht structure and strength has been developed using Visual Basic and Access database as a development platform. Therefore, this paper mainly does some work in the following areas:(1) Studying layer lay-up design of glass fiber reinforced plastic yacht. At the same time, the FRP yacht profile database has been established.(2) Developing the FRP yacht design and checking system of the structure and its strength.(3) Setting up the mathematical model of profile’s cross-section optimization,hull’s cross-section optimization and grillage structure optimization for FRP yacht.The procedure of GA has been designed and a system of optimizing the structure for FRP yacht has been developed.(4) A data post-processing module of system has been established.In this paper, a system for FRP yacht has been established, it can calculate the section module of profileã€the yacht hull grider design load and local design load. The structure size calculation module of the system can calculate the size of the plates,profiles and the pillar. The hull girder strength calculation and checking module aswell as stability calculation module can complete calculating and checking bending stress and shear stress of the hull girder, calculating the critical load and checking stability of component. This system can also perform the function of profile’s cross-section optimization, hull’s cross-section optimization and grillage structure optimization. It saves the result of calculation to the documents, such as Word, Excel and Access, which makes it convenient for analyzing and processing the final data.The interfaces of the system have been established, it is easy to understand. The function of system is perfect and the system can achieve the design, checking and optimization of FRP Yacht structure and strength. It also improves the design efficiency and quality of the yacht and has certain research value. |
