Because of people’s exploitation to the earth, the traditional energy is being exhausted. In this situation, looking for new kinds of energies is the most important thing for human. Hydrogen is thought to be the ideal energy, and the carrier of Hydrogen is PEMFC(short for Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell) which can transform the chemical energy to the electric energy directly. In this paper, the PEMFC’s electrochemical model and one dimension two phase model of diffusion layer and catalyst layer were established. These models were calculated by MATLAB, then the results of different temperatures, cathode input gas pressures and values of liquid water saturation were compared to the experimental data. Finally, the models were proved to be right and could provide a reliable basis for future optimization and controlling of the PEMFC.
