Chinese Urban Restdencil Quartres Intercative Landscape Design Research

Residential districts is the most basic living place for residents, where the landscape environment affects the quality of the residents’ lives. Economic development make the construction in landscape become better, while people’s living standard increases, so the residents not only satisfied ornamental landscape, but also put forward higher participation requirements on construction of outdoor landscape space.Taking the landscape design in city residential area as the research object, this paper focuses on the concept and design ideas in the interaction of people and lans cape. First this paper reviews the development of the related theory of residential landscape design, then have a bidirectional study in landscape and people: "landscape to people" and "people to landscape", for the purpose that creating a better interacti ve landscape in residential area. In the "landscape to people" this paper explores the effects of residential landscape environment to the residents; in the "people to landscape", this paper discussed the behavior habits, sensory perception range,activity law and environmental psychology behavior of human.Secondly, on the basis of some theoretical research about the interactive landscape in the residential palce downtown in our country,taking the Shijiazhuang residential area as an example,choosing the residential zone in Shijiazhuang built after 2000 as the research object, to have investigation and analysis, the result shows that the application of in teractive landscape is not spread and ripe in the residential area landscape design,as some existing the problem are found. Once again, from the plant greening design, public facilities,landscape sketch design, activity space design and road de sign,this paper discusses the residential landscape environment must adhere to take the creating interactive landscape design as goal and the way to design,in order to meetthe residents’ living needs. Through research and analysis of the findings and th eories proposed for the elderly and create attractive walkways and increasing childre n’s activity area view of road space activity unit.Respectively to two part, theelderly activityarea walking streets and children’s activities area walking streets, this paper explorethe design way to builde up design interactive landscape. Finally, the practice of the case reflect the importance of interactive landscape in residential construction, aswell as significance and method. This paper use this case to prove the topic, hoping that it can help the construction of interaction landscape in the future.
