At present, as crude oil and oil p rices rising, demand is increasing at the same time, brings in the auto industry is m ore and more big pressure.Ener gy shortage and pollution problems rising in the auto industry are faci ng new challenges. So, Atkinson cycle engine and Miller cycle engine has the advantage of energy saving high efficient,its own inherent characteristics and advantages by more and more attention.This topic is for super expansion, to si mulate the engine perform ance and fuel economy and compared with the traditional engine,specific research work is as follows:(1) Aiming super expansion engine,which c onsists of Atkinson cycle and the Miller cycle to achieve.Through the BOOST software on the target engine system to establish a one-dimensional simulation model.Through the adjustment with gas phase on the model, geometry compression ratio, expansion ratio, calc ulated the various scheme model, studies the impact of these factors on the perform ance,On the basis of the Otto cycle, Atkinson cycle and Miller cycle Otto cycle optimization.(2) Design of the Miller cycle engine on the basis of the Otto cycle engine.Through the simulation of Miller cycle engine, it is conclude d that Miller cycle engine com pared with the traditional engine power performance wa s reduced by 8%, increased fuel economy by 7%.(3) From the analysis of kine matics and dynamics Atkinson cycle engine crank rod system, using VB soft ware programming quantit atively calculated th e crankshaft Angle with the piston displacement.(4) Based on the Atkinson cycle engine simulation, it is concluded that Atkinson cycle engine compared with the trad itional engine power perfor mance increased by 15%, increased fuel economy by 7%.(5) The torque and power of the Miller cycle is lower than the traditional engine,The torque and power of the Miller cy cle is hi gher than the traditional engine.Both super expansion engine BSFC is better than the traditional cycle engine.(6) According to the s imulation results in order to achieve the high perfor mance and fuel economy of engi ne, variable valve tim ing can be realized in som e conditions theMiller cycle and Otto cycle transform ation, namely uses the Otto cycle, heavy load and low load used in Miller cycle, the purpose is to use the characteristics of the expansion ratio is greater than the compression ratio, the more heat ener gy into mechanical energy, improve the indicated thermal efficiency of the engine, reducing fuel consumption, improve the fuel economy of the vehicle.
