| According to incomplete statistics, during transport the damage to the goods causes economic losses of more than 10 billion yuan every year in China, and with the rapid development lately "online shopping boom",the logistics industry develops rapidly.During transport the damage to the goods also grows with each passing day,it’s very necessary to take corresponding measures to improve the situation and to reduce economic losses.To reduce the number of damaged goods,we must be clear about the factors which caused the damage and detect the relevant data.Monitoring the status of goods all the time and making corresponding measures to reduce economic losses caused by the damaged goods.In this paper we analyse the various factors associated with the damaged goods during transport in detail and focuse on the study of damage mechanism of them under random vibration.Based on comprehensive analysis of the damage mechanism of goods,coming up with a new idea that conducting the fatigue calculation of random vibration by linear cumulation theory and developing a set of vibration detection system with large range and low power.The system is based on a single chip MSP430F5529 processor from TI corporation and uses an accelerometer that is based on MEMS Technology and has large range to detect the acceleration information and realizes the information real-time transmission by APC240 wireless transmission module.Solving the conflict among low power design, acquisition speed and transmission speed and making the power consumption of overall system to a minimum by using low power components,reasonable circuit design,unique software design.Detecting and recording temperature,humidity information make the system’s function more perfect.The main characteristics of the vibration detecting platform are low power consumption and portable,the data is transmited to the control room by wireless transmission module to evaluate the damage status of the goods.The basic debugging work of the system has been finished and each function module has reached the desirable effect. The vibration detecting platform finished in this paper has great commercial value and is easy to promote. |
