Our country is a big bridge country, the safe operation of the bridge structure related to the national economy healthy and high-quality development.In recent years, with the rapid development of road transport undertakings, the truck running on the country roads and bridges had varying degrees of growth. In many engineering structures incidents, caused by fatigue damage of material occupy a large proportion.Usually the fatigue damage in the macro structure belongs to brittle break, there is no obvious signs before the damage of structure. Traveling back and forth on the bridge around day and night under heavy vehicles will inevitably suffer fatigue damage, and the vehicle load increases will cause an increase in fatigue stress amplitude, the fatigue stress amplitude is an important factor affecting the fatigue life of the structure. Thus the structure of the bridge fatigue damage under heavy traffic analysis is necessary for us to grasp the situation of the safe operation of the bridge.Conduct this study has important significance.This paper focuses on the problem of fatigue damage of bridge structures caused by heavy load traffic, carrying out related research.Describes the bridge structure suffer fatigue failure engineering and heavy traffic situation transport accident.Collected information on research progress at home and abroad bridge fatigue properties.Summarizes the principles of prestressed concrete bridge fatigue damage and fatigue life analysis theory.According to the results of the field survey of traffic,through statistical analysis identify the distribution of random vehicle.In order to imitate fatigue damage caused by the actual vehicles operated on the bridge,use matlab software composed a random traffic generator procedure.By parameter settings it can generate random traffic meets the different needs.According to the linear cumulative damage theory of fatigue,established standard fatigue vehicle model. Established of a 16 m prestressed concrete hollow girder finite element model of separate entities by use large-scale finite element analysis software.Composed random traffic loader JIAZAI by use the macros,achieved load the random traffic onto the finite element model to simulate the random vehicle pass through the bridge.Using transient dynamic analysis methods execute the vehicle loading bridge solution.By simulating different fatigue damage of each typical vehicle pass through bridge in different speed and space,compared the impact of speed and space by sing linear cumulative damage theory of fatigue.Compared the different impact of general operating state,intensive operating state and the fatigue impact of standard fatigue vehicle.
