Jinggang’ao expressway rebuilding and extending,the interworking of Baoding located in construction design mileage K131+395.There are nine ramps in the working.The research relying on the A ramp bridge,which across the seven one road. The bridge is 4 × 25 m simply supported later continuous partially prestressed steel box composite continuous girder structure with corrugated steel webs. Steel box composite beam with corrugated steel webs is a new composite structure,which makes full use of material property of steel and concrete.The shear and tensile ability of steel are stong,the compressive capacity of concrete is great. Using corrugated steel instead concrete webs reduce structural weight effectively. Simply supported later continuous structural systems make it realize that bridge producing by batches in industrial and can be prefabricated.And aslo reduce expansion joints on bridge deck,ensure the quality of bridges,meet the requirements of current bridge construction and vehicle traveling.The content of this paper is divided into four parts: The first part is the development status of steel box composite beam with corrugated steel webs, research background and status of simply supported later continuous structures,and the advantages and disadvantages of simply supported change to continuous structure systems. The second part is analysis theory and methods of simply supported later continuous bridge. The third part is single and double bearing discussion of simply supported change to continuous bridge. Discussed the processing methods of Negative Moment Area on simply supported change to continuous bridge.And checking the carrying capacity of the bridge.The fourth part is reasonable construction sequence analysis of simply supported later continuous bridge, analysis the poured order of later continuous ends and removed order of temporary supporters mainly. The research relying on 4x25 m simply supported later continuous steel box composite beam bridge with corrugated steel webs, combined theoretical analysis and Midas Civil model,anslyzes the beam stress situation that with single or double supporters.Proposed single supporter is suitable for this actual project. Negative moment area as the weak parts of continuous beam, should be specially treated in bridge construction. In this paper,strong reinforced method, supporters lifting method and static prepressing mehod three kinds of negative moment area processing schemes are optimizated and selected then determined strong reinforced method is the best solution.And combined with Ansys FEM check the carrying capacity of this project bridge.The results show that the composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs has good overall structural performance.Finally,using Midas Civil model analysis the force of main beams when the later successive ends poured and provisional seats removed in different orders.
