Due to the light weight and more reasonable force,the corrugated steel web composite box girder has been paid more and more attention at home and abroad.However,there are still few researches on the curved composite girder with corrugated steel webs.Therefore,based on the project entitled "Bending and Torsion Mechanism of Baffled Girder Composite Beam Bridge and Effect of Diaphragm" by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(51108281),the corresponding theoretical research,comparative analysis of the parameters and formulation of the reasonable spacing formula for the diaphragm are carried out for the flexural-torsional effect of corrugated simple-supported beam with corrugated steel webs.The main contents of this article include:(1)Consider the "bending-torsion coupling" effect of curved beam,the bending beam strain,torsional strain energy,shear strain energy,distortion strain energy and external potential energy are calculated under the action of bending moment,shear force and torsion moment.The minimum potential energy principle is used to deduce elastic control differential equations of curved composite beams with corrugated steel webs.Through the equations,various bending such as vertical deflection,torsion angle,torsional warping displacement and distortion angle,and torsion deformations such as double-torque,normal stress and shear stress can be solved.(2)Consider the influence of the central angle of the curve and the span of calculation on the bending and twisting distortions such as vertical deflection and torsion angle,torsional warping displacement and double moments.(3)The ANSYS finite element software is used to further verify the result of theoretical analysis.The modeling results show that the results obtained by the two methods are very close and consistent with each other,which shows that the control differential equation derived by analytical solution can be considered as correct.(4)The M/R method is used to transform the curved beam into a straight beam,and the vertical load,rigid torsional load and distorted load are applied to it respectively.The influence of the distortion effect of the curved beam is analyzed through the influence factors such as span,span ratio,corrugation type and diaphragm.The analysis results show that the span,span ratio and the number of diaphragm have a great effect on the distortion effect of the composite beam,while the effect of the wave type on the distortion effect is small.(5)Due to the small influence of the corrugation type,it can be ignored.Only considering the influence of the span of the curve beam,the span ratio and the number of the diaphragms on the distortion effect of the corrugated steel web curve composite girder,spacing formula is developed.
