The new multiple-use building of someone hospital is located in Shijiazhuang the provincial capital of Hebei, it’s main part(hospital multiple-use building) has 19 floors on the ground and 2 floors under the ground, its building area is 39030 m2 and building altitude is 77.4 m, it belongs to A class high-rise building and its fire resistance rating is A. It has 600 beds in it as designed. Skirt building part(Medical Technology Building) has 5 floors on the ground and 2 floors under the ground, its building area is 17430 m2 and building altitude is 22.8 m, it belongs to multistory building and its fire resistance rating is A.Cold water supply system uses dual distribution system, 1st floor and the blow floors are directly supplied by the municipal water supply pipe network. 2nd to 5th floors are belong to the low area, 6th to 12 th floors are belong to the medial area, 13 th to 19 th floors are belong to the high area that it adopts upfeed system,water is supplied by frequency conversion water supply equipment in pump room. Water supply system takes some water saving measures of green building such as water-saving sanitary ware and pressure relief valves. Hot water supply system is similar to cold water supply system, 5th floor and the blow floors are the low area, hot water is supplied by electric water heater in this area. 6th to 12 th floors are belong to the medial area that it adopts downfeed system and reversed return hot water system. 13 th to 19 th floors are belonging to the high area that hot water is supplied by solar water heating system. It can reduce building energy consumption and save a lot of energy. Drainage system uses dual-vertical pipe drainage system, sewage and waste is confluenced and ground floor drainages separately. Parts of the offices and wrads requiring a very high healthy ondition utilize same-layer-drainage technology.Roof rainwater drainages by gravity drainage system.The building belongs to A class high-rise building, fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system use the joint water supply way of using water pump and water tank, The underground garage part adopts pre-action system, its dangerous rank is typeⅱof moderate danger, the remaining part adopts wet automatic sprinkler system.Some important rooms such as variable transformer room, CT room, DR room adopt gas fire extinguishing system on ground floor to improve the reliability of fire extinguishing system in the building. In terms of medicinal gases, we have carried on the brief introduction such as the constitution of medical central oxygen supply system and vacuum extraction system and pipe layout.Treatment process adopts the second biological contact oxidation method in hospital sewage treatment station; it integrates the advantages of the previous process, so it has a high resistance for impact load and high-quality effluent. It makes for the recycle of sewage and waste water in the hospital, such as road pouring, green irrigation and other uses.
