Design And Construction Process Of Golf Course

The planning and design of the golf course is a process that combines golf and landscape architecture art. Based on summarizing playability,aesthetic and practical concept of the planning and design of the golf course, this paper introduced design principles of the golf course feature areas and the layout of the fairway and completed design goal of the Mogan Mountain golf course with the method of combining theoretical overview, field investigation and analysis and constructs. Draw a set of drawings about the golf course building, and make detail description for build process of feature areas and key crunode.Original and innovation is the most appropriate description for planning and design work of Mogan Mountain golf course. Mogan Mountain golf project base is located in Deqing county, Zhejiang province, adjacent to one of China’s four big summer resorts and the national-level scenic Mogan Mountain. There are only 3 hours’ drive between the base and central city, Hangzhou, Nanjing and Shanghai, of Yangtze River Delta. Thus the Mogan Mountain golf course is a ideal place for leisure vacation. This project was cooperatively finished by fantasy owners, shrewd land planner, a number of innovative designers and the large number of market operators.Seen from fairway route map, stakage and siteclearing map, cut-fill transition program, modelling figure, drainage system plan, irrigation system arrangement plan, grassing plan, tree planting plan, putting green detail drawing and fairway detail drawing, Moganshan golf design is a model either in the fairway layout or in environmental protection. This is a standard 18 holes golf course with refined fairway layout presenting in the undulating terrain, and more than half of the planning land is retained for free open space. The total area of the course is 870000 square meters, and that of putting green is 12920 square meters and is 10290 square meters of tee. Every hole including five tees, dark, gold, blue, white and red. Total length of the fairway is 7208 meters. There are 72 total standard sticks in fairway including 4 three stem hole,10 four stem hole and 4 five stem hole. There are 88 bunkers,31197 square meters, in the golf course. The golf course organically combines strategic, interesting and challenging holes, achieving true meaning of golf to the hilt. This not only improves landscape effect of the golf course, but also protects the local ecological environment effectively.The construction technology of feature areas and key crunode was drew and expounded according to the latest building standards and requirements of United States Golf Association, which has generality. This provide the good technical reference for the follow-up maintenance management and other stadium design construction.
