China’s GDP energy consumption in the world, energy dissipation of high voltage motor area is particularly serious, if the multilevel converter used in, and the frequency conversion transformation will create the objective social benefit and economic benefit, so it has a profound significance to the study on the localization of high voltage variable frequency device.This article from the current development situation of high voltage frequency conversion equipment, organic fusion of multilevel topology structure can make the capacity of small power output device, the advantages of high quality, high voltage grade comprehensive comparison and conclusion multilevel has some of the basic topological structure characteristics, and the diode clamping type electric vector space of three level inverter and its working condition has carried on the detailed analysis, and use of the advantages of S VP WM algorithm simulation of the technology is verified. Often occurs at the same time, according to one point potential imbalance of this problem, this article does not change in the premise of hardware circuit, from the perspective of software, of several can inhibit appears neutral voltage offset aspects has carried on the detailed instructions.Finally, this paper based on SVPWM control system design of hardware and software, built a set of three level inverter control system. System USES TMS320LS2407 type DSP as the control core, designed a delay circuit, over-current protection circuit, current detection circuit, signal processing circuit, etc.Through the analysis of the simulation waveform and waveform comparison, verify the validity of the study design based on SVPWM control strategy, can effectively improve the output voltage waveform, reduce the harmonic, improve the utilization of electric power.
