Jiangxi province highway construction started in 1989, after more than 20 years of development, the highway construction has made great achievements, the rapid development of the highway, greatly improving the overall technical level of Jiangxi province highway network, optimize the structure of transportation, to ease the "bottleneck" constraints play an important role in promoting economic development and social progress.Up to now, the total mileage of highway traffic in Jiangxi province reached 4274 kilometers.With Jiangxi Province Highway large-scale construction climax gradually in the past, road mileage increasing, expanding coverage of the operation and management, the traffic capacity and traffic demand between the contradictions have become increasingly prominent, especially in the free minibus tolls is a major holiday, highway road nodes appeared for a long time, a large area of congestion.How to provide more effective, timely and accurate traffic information for vehicle travel, how to ensure the normal operation of the network equipment, how to respond promptly to the road network emergencies, how with their neighbors in the network, higher-level units, the functional units, the subordinate network center division of labor collaboration and information sharing, which has already become the main direction for Provincial Department of transportation and the relevant administrative departments.In this paper, we mainly study the road traffic state using the base station signaling data of telecom operators.Analysis of traffic patterns and classification using signaling data sample; Intelligent optimization system; The mobile phone signaling and GPS data fusion; Establishment of the evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation method of road network operation state; Signaling data noise reduction technology.
