| It is difficult to treat the sea mud and sewage sludge in the city, they will cause secondary pollution without suitable treatment. Because these two waste mud have a large amount and it is hard to treat them, so it is very meaningful to search the disposal measures. In the paper we study the method that the sewage sludge and sea mud are used in rainwater infiltration storge system of green building.In the paper, sea mud and sewage are mainly used to product ceramsite together with little calcium carbonate, through the analysis of the influence of process conditions on packing density, water absorption and compressive strength, It can be found that the best ceramsite can be made under the following conditions, sea mud :sewage : calcium carbonate = 5:4:1,the preheating temperature = 350℃, preheating time=15mins, calcination temperature= 1120℃ and calcination time =10mins. The packing density is 563Kg/m3, water absorption is 13.57%, compressive strength is5.35 Mpa.The study of the rain infiltration layer storage structure,ceramsite can be used to make drainage board with cement and fly ash, in the paper, we learn the influence of target porosity, water-cement ratio and the amount of fly ash on the compressive strength, permeability coefficient and Water absorption of the drainage board.Through the test, it gets that when the water-cement ratio is 0.32, target porosity is25% and the amount of fly ash replacement is 10%, the compressive strength is3.37 MPa, permeability coefficient is 2.40 cm/s, water absorption is 16.3%, the drainage board can be good used in the engineering application.The study of rainwater infiltration storage function of green building, with these ceramsite, drainage board being applied to the analog system of green roof, this system would have a good rainwater retention capacity and rainwater purification capability, and the rainwater retention capability increases with the thickness of matrix layer. The system can be always effective to slow down the procedure of run-off under the different rainfall intensity, and if drying for a long time before raining, the complete rainwater can be achieved by the system. |
