Wind power is a relatively mature field in new energy technology, which has experienced rapid development in recent decades, the design and manufacturing technology of wind generator is an obstacle to approaching to increase the core of wind turbine system. This paper has undertaken strength and modal analysis of the major component of 3.3MW permanent magnetic wind power generator, which based on the modeling software SolidWorks and finite element analysis software ANSYS, designed the vibration isolation cushion which is applied to wind turbines, it has provided strong support for the safe operation of wind power generator. The results have a good reference value for the large-scale and strength analysis of wind power generator. The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:1.It is done mechanical calculation for the shaft and bolts. Analyzed the distribution of stress in the shaft and connect strength of bolts, intensity check was taken based on strength theories, the results show that the intensity met the requirement.2.Completed the strength and modal analysis of rotating parts and engine. Deflection analysis was carried out the rotating shaft in order to avoid the phenomenon that the rotor and stator rubbed each other for not enough strength. The results showed that the rotating shaft’s deflection met the requirement. The first order critical speed of the rotor exceeded the working speed, and resonance wouldn’t occur. Analysis the pole punching stress and strain at maximum speed, found the pole cavity occurred stress concentration, the magnetic bridge is most easily broken parts in embedded rotor structure, so changed the chamfer from 2mm to 4mm and re-analysis showed that the optimized chamfer stress concentration significantly improved.3.Completed the strength and modal analysis of wind turbines. Analyzed the stress and strain of the wind turbines base in the process of keeping the whole machine flat, lifting the four corners at the same time and running, the axial deformation, vertical deformation and the equivalent stress significantly are greater than the nominal operating conditions when worked at maximum speed and torque, but it is still within a safe range of stress and strain, the result shown that the structure met the design requirement. This paper provided the science reliable basis for the large-scale wind turbine strength analysis and the independent design, Solved the strength and vibration problem has the important theory significance and the engineering practical value, was the development to manufacture domestically wind turbine to lay the solid foundation.
