Floating-raft vibration isolation is provided an effective way to reduce vibration and noise in marine power systems. It is a new technology method to combine the semi-active control technology with the floating raft isolation technology to reduce vibration in marine power systems. In this paper, the semi-active control of the floating-raft vibration isolation system is researched in detail, and the main content is as follows:1. Study the force-stroke characteristics, force-velocity characteristics and power consumption characteristics of the controllable dampers on power-on and power-off states, and study the response time of the controllable dampers on power-on and power-off states.2. Analyze the semi-active control of the floating-raft vibration isolation system, provide two kinds of control algorithms for switch, and establish the differential equations of motion and the state-space equation of the semi-active control of floating-raft vibration isolation system.3. According to the 2 kinds of control algorithms for switch to establish 2 kinds of differential simulation models of the semi-active control of floating-raft system, to simulate the acceleration response of foundation of floating-raft system, and analyze the vibration isolation performances when the system is used by the switch control algorithms.4. Design the hardware and software of the semi-active controllable floating-raft vibration isolation system, and realize the semi-active control of damper. Evaluate the vibration isolation performance of switch semi-active control floating-raft system by the acceleration vibration level difference of foundation and units, and compare the data gotten by experiments and data gotten by simulation, the results prove that switch control algorithms are useful.
